Recently I got out of bed and my leg started cramping really bad until the point I could not walk (my left leg). I went to the Dr. and had an MRI done which showed the L-5 on the siatic nerve. My Dr. had tried me on Methadone and durgesic patches due to (Fibromyaglia) but I can not take those because they make me sick. So he gave me Loratab, but 2 a day and these do not control my pain. He recently bumped me up to 3 of them a day but still no luck. I asked him that I didnt undertand he giving methadone and the patches which stays in your system and he wont give higher mg of the loratabs and more quantity to help my pain. he said the loratabs should work 8 hours, i told him they dont they start wearing off around 4 hours. What do I do to get him to change the strength and the dosage. I drive a lot on my job and I am in and out of my car doing work, I get so worn out that it is ridiculous. I have had the 3 epidurals and now he wants to give me trigger shots (which he has give me before) plus physical therapy. I have done all these and he still wants me to keep doing them, but I cant get him to understand I cant miss work as much as he is wanting me too. Plus he is not in my network which means I pay him more money. Sometimes I feel it is all about the money with him. But I need relief and I dont understand why he wont give it to me. Any suggestions?
