New PM doctor, need help!!

Hello everyone!
Recent developments with my health has pushed back my efforts to get pregnant with my husband. I was having extreme pain with bowl movements and my lower back was hurting more then ever. I had an MRI in December that revealed Scoliosis but not till last month when they performed an X-ray did we see how bad my spine is twisted. I thought it was just really bad fibromyalgia.

On top of that test I had a sigmoidoscopy to see if my colon was attaching itself to any other organ which it was. The scar tissue and edometriosis has attached my colon to the wall of my abdomen making any kind of bowel movement hellish. I have had so many surgeries now that the scar tissue is becoming more of an issue then the endometriosis. I'm probably not going to have another surgery, I'm 50/50 on the subject.

Just in case you don't remember a few months ago I stopped going to my PM doctor b/c I wanted to get off of my opiates in order to get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy; my PM doctor wanted to keep me on the meds. I started seeing my Primary Care doctor who took over writing scripts for two months till we got all my test results back. He reccomended that I go back to my PM doctor since I am going to have to figure out this stuff out before I even think about getting pregnant. I was going to go back to my PM doctor till I found out he RETIRED!!! I was then referred to another Pain Clinic and boy was that an experience...

I should have known from the reviews of this place that they were going to be insurance scam artists but I had been there once when I first started seeing a PM doctor ( only 1 time b/c at that point they didn't carry my insurance) so I thought they were going to be alright. Since that point in time they have added an MRI machine, an Xray machine, Physical therapy(which I already do), IV treatments and many other things they can bill your insurance for. So I bring all my many many records to this new young doctor that fills in for the head doctor and my prescriptions ( FYI Kadian 2 times a day and MSIR 15mg as needed) to this guy. I sit down and the man just shakes his head and stares at me " You are on way to many opiates. Apparently your prior doctor doesn't have ethics because no one in their right mind would put a healthy 26 year old girl on these drugs" and that's when I said" But I'm not really healthy, did you look at my records?" and he said " yeah and for endometriosis or stage 2 cervical cancer you shouldn't have this pain, same with the fibromyalgia and the scoliosis." Like he can have ANY idea what it feels like to have a BM with your colon attached to your abdominal wall or the cramps that shake my whole body since my organs are slowly attaching themselves all together!! I don't think he can say how bad it hurts and shouldn't be a PM if he is going to belittle someone's pain.

So I asked him what he reccomended because if he has a much better treatment for the pain I am in then I am all for it. Then he started listing everything he wanted to do and my Red Flag went off. He said " First I want you to have some XRays done here, another MRI, our vitamin IV treatments every week, I want you to see our physical therapist every other week and see me in about three weeks".
Here is my MAJOR problem:
I had Xrays last month, what's wrong with those?
I had an MRI in Dec, why do I need another?
I already take vitamins so why do I need an IV drip of vitamins?
I have a lovely Physical Therapist, why do I need to see theirs?

He sent in the scheduling nurse and for some strange reason I couldn't do any of these procedures on the same day as the others. Hmmmm... so out of my work week she wants me to come in two times next week ( Physical therapy and IV vitamin treatment), three times the next week ( MRI, Xrays and vitamin treatment)and then two times the week after that (to see the dr.again, and ANOTHER IV vitamin treatment). All of those appointments I will have to pay 35 dollars each time and not to mention the time I would have to take off of work.
When I questioned why these things were being ordered the doctor got mad at me and said " oh I see, you're the type that just wants medication and doesn't want to get better". He made me feel horrible and like I was a drug seeker for going there but not wanting his useless treatements!!

I'm stuck now. There is no way I am going back to that doctor but it's going to look really bad when I go to my new doctor that I have gone from 3 doctors within 4 months. My primary care doctor is really great and wants me to get the best care I can get so he knows that my pain management should be handled by someone else. Plus he doesn't normally prescribe meds like Kadian or MSIR so it's best to be handled by a PM specialist. So I am at a loss as to what I should do b/c it's going to look really bad. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for reading my long post!!
