What to do

Ive had disk fusions in my neck and i'm scheduled for 2 more fusions and i'm taking norcos and ms contins the 60mg 2x a day. The ms contins suck imo and I see my pain guy next week. What is something to really help the pain so I dont have to take alot of norcos. I havent gone up on the ms contins just gone up on the norcos. Is there something stronger then norcos that would help and the same with ms contins. I dont want to get to far out there with pain meds for this pain I have.Ive detoxed once before because I needed the meds to work properly for the first neck surgery but it was hell and dont want to have to do that again. I just cant find the right pain meds.
