I had good luck with Botox for spasms and myofacial pain in my neck. It really helped. I can't do PT, but when my neck is up to it, I do some yoga exercises for back and neck pain. Regualar yoga has some exercises that I would recomend with spine pain. I feel it helps.
I think reducing stress helps you cope with pain. If stress is causing your pain, biofeedback will work better.
Accupuncture didn't work for pain when I tried it. Others have better luck. I had good luck with accupuncture with some other chronic health problems.
Be careful with herbs. They are drugs. They interact with drugs and have side effects. Most of the drugs we take, came from natural sources originally. Then they come out with a synthetic version or modified version. Herbs interact with many common medications that cp people are on, especially NSAIDS. So you have to know what you are doing.
Most pain clinics do alternative medicine. In fact, they prefer it to putting you on pain medication. It is usually the first step and if that doesn't work you move up to pain medications.
I believe in trying everything. If you can get by without drugs, I say great. Most of us can't, but it is not something we are happy about.
