Well i will finally be going to a pain clinic soon! - Pain Management Message Board

The chronic pain physcatrist that i was seeing finally referred me to a pain clinic, so i now authorized park nicollet to send the pain clinic all of my medical records.
I just received a packet in the mail from the pain clinic to fill out, questions about my pain, etc..
so now i will mail that tomorrow and then hopefully within a week or 2 i will be getting a call from the pain clinic to schedule a appointment to see them.
FINALLY after 6 months of suffering I'm finally going to be getting into a pain clinic. Kim

Kim....I'm so happy for you!!! Great news! Keep us posted on how you make out. Also, really take your time and think about the questions that are in the paperwork packet. If I would have given a little more thought, I think I would have answered some things differently... like, pain level.... read the thread in Back Problems "where do you fit in this scale"
