I found a website that lists all the pain clinics and/or doctors in Arizona.. I don't know if it's okay to post it or not.. It has 4 pages in the list. Granted it is all of Arizona, but there are a few in Phoenix, and some in Scottsdale, some in Tuscon, some in Mesa... and some that aren't stated exactly which city, but you may be able to find out that...

Here's a couple that I found...

-Pain Center Of Arizona in Phoenix, AZ..

-John Porter MD in Phoenix, AZ...

-Southwest Pain Management Assoc. in Phoenix, AZ...

I will try to find out if I can post the website.. Until then, you might look into these...

P.S. I don't see Azkikn on too often, so I thought I'd at least reply for you... I hope you find a wonderful doc soon. And remember, never let a doctor make you think he's doing you a favor by giving you something for your pain. It's the LEAST you deserve for dealing with such horrible pain.
