Sharp, acute pain in my back when I press behind my kneee?

I have been having significant new pain issues in my back for the last few weeks or so. I had a facet injection done 6 months ago and the pain got worse for a few weeks and then evened back out to where it was prior to the injection.
No shooting pain down the legs or numbness, just a sharp pain that hasn't gone away and get's worse when I move; sit down, stand up, twist, etc. Only on the left side and where the injection was given in my problem area.

Today is a bad pain day. Earlier on I was kinda massaging the underside of my left leg and when I pressed into the back of my knee a VERY sharp pain went straight to my back. I mean bad-bad, like pinching a nerve. Not just once, but every time I pressed behind the knee.

The pain didn't travel up or down the leg, just right to the back.

I have never even heard of this kind of thing. Any insight would be most appreciated.

Thanks.
