Pittsburgh area PM Dr needed!

Hi! I suffer with debilitating pain from both Lupus and extensive nerve damage. My current PM Dr. won't prescribe narcotics to anyone without health insurance. My Cobra coverage is about to run out, and due to my severe health problems and medical history, I am uninsurable! So now I have to find a new Dr. I am so worried and frustrated because I have had some really bad experiences w/ Dr's who lack compassion or understanding of this type of life altering pain, and it took a long time to find a good Dr. and medications (Butrans patch and oxycodone for bt pain) and now I have to start all over. To complicate things further, I have a history of liver failure, due to the Lupus and severe Tylenol reaction, so I can only safely take a few narcotic meds. I would be very grateful for any compassionate Pain Dr. recomendations anywhere near the Pittsburgh PA area. Thank you in advance!

When looking for a new doc see if they have published any papers you can try searching by things such as narcotic and your city etc this takes a while and patience but you may luck out and find one who shares your views good luck and God bless
