Quick Question??
I was a regular pot head for years,but stopped a month ago and I just got a referral to see a pm doctor.I know the weed is still in my system and I know they will do a ua.Will they automatically boot me out?

You may be clean by now.When is you appointment ?
In the future they will NOT prescribe narcotics if you test positive for illegal substances or meds not prescribed by that PM unless they are non narcotic meds like blood pressure meds etc

Yes, in most cases, PM doctors will not prescribe to someone who is using or has used illegal drugs. It is too risky and almost all PM doctors these days will not take the chance with their livelihood and licenses to prescribe.
A urine screen is part of the new patient intake in most PM practices these days and many more are requiring a referral from another doctor first before they will see you.
