upper chest pain

I am a 59 yr old female. For the last several months, I have been having upper chest and upper back pain. The pain is almost constant. It is better if I am lying or sitting completely still. I have had an EKG and Chest Scan. The Chest Scan did show that I have a small Thoracic Anerysym. However, the doctor said the Thoracic Anerysym is not causing my pain. The doctor does not know why I am having pain.

Does anyone have any ideas?
