Heart surgery scar pain

Hi. Im 13 and when I was a newborn I had to have heart surgery and have a scar running from the left side of my chest to my back about 5-7 inches. It has recently started hurting on and off everytime I inhale or move sometimes. Any idea what it would be and what to do? Thank you
