Or find a pcp and explain your situation and see what they suggest. Do you have your medical records. If you do then that is a big plus when talking with a pcp. They may just do the pain management. As long as they can verify your records they will be more willing to help. Now a days it is not a handful of pain management physicians that will take you as a patient without a referral or records. I hope you can find one and quick. I will keep you in my prayers! Muah!
