| | Seeing shapes and feel like I'm floating during PA
Hey everyone. Haven't written for awhile as thankfully, my panic attacks have gotten to the point when I'm surprised that they are there, rather than surprised when they are not there. However, last night I had a panic attack where people were surreal, I almost didn't recognize people I knew, saw a gray smoke/haze in front of me (all I've had before), BUT THE STRANGEST thing was that when my eyes were ooen and in the dark, I would see shapes, almost like the handsize snow flakes you used to make as kids, and patterns twisting around in front of me. It only happened when the lights were off, but It was somewhat scary for lack of a better word and happened all night. I also felt like when I was just about to fall asleep that my entire body was floating, almost weightlessness. I know I'm not going crazy, but just for support, has anyone else had these new symptoms I experienced?
