Cool woohoo!!!!!

I have been a panic sufferer since I was a junior in high school and now am 25. I've had horrible panic attacks at least 2 times a day , just about every other day. Just this past yr, i finally went on meds...but before that i laid off of caffine and thought that my pa's stopped, but unfortunately didn't! But about 16 days ago...I quit smoking and have not had an attack since! Could this be???? could it be the nicotine that caused my panic attacks since high school, darn cigerattes!!!!! Well...if this is the case , i am defintely stayin off cigs....cause lord knows that I rather deal with cravings than deal with panic attacks!!! Just letting you guys know.....maybe someone out there smokes and suffers pa's and doesn't realize that if they quit, they just MIGHT get rid of those attacks. Good luck!!!!

Re: woohoo!!!!!

Just curious.....what were all the reasons you quit smoking?

It could be the "honeymoon" phase you're in at this time....I hope it lasts for you and that you are able to stay off the ciggies!
