| | Pain in arm when heart is beating very fast.
I had a very disconcening episode last night, and I was wondering if anyone here could share a similar experience, or shed some light on mine. I was lying in bed, and my heart began beating very fast, and almost immediately, I began having sharp, shooting pains in my left arm, just above the wrist. I have had panic attacks off and on for a while now, so I'm pretty positive it's due to anxiety, but I've never had this kind of pain before. It's not the kind of pain you can ignore easily, because it kinda really hurts. PLus, the fact that my heart was racing wasn't helping either.
Anyone know if this is typical of anxiety of hyperventilation?
