Hi again..
Does anyone feel a little light headed while doing yoga? I know it's meant to relax the muscles and mind.. etc.
I am already on my second week and I feel numbness on my legs and arms while doing the posses and lightheaded when I have to 'go up and down'.
I try to really focus on the breathing but I do not know if my "anxious mind" is working against me on this one.
I slightly get anxious half way and always push myself to finish the session.

I just don't know if I am getting the benefit or relaxation.. should I stick to it? I know that any activity it will be the same...
Anyone been through this before? does it eventually go away?
