Seroquel

Does anyone have any experience with Seroquel? It was recommended to me for anxiety and panic attacks but I don't know much about it. Thanks.

Re: Seroquel

My son was on Seroquel. It is usually used as an antipsychotic which may be why no one else on this board has answered because maybe they haven't used it. Now he is off it because we are using more natural methods. Seroquel has less side effects than most other antipsych drugs and so it is often the first choice to try. It did suppress my son's symptoms.

Re: Seroquel

to fred,
seroquel and other antipsychotics are sometimes used for anxiety and panic attacks but psychs who specialise in these problems say they arent suitable

valium and perhaps an antidepressant are better
