vision and anxiety

Hey people,

im just wondering if im the only one who notices or even has a change in their vision associated with anxiety..my vision always gets blurry and its hard to focus..could this also mean i have an overactive thyroid?? anyway thanks in advance

My vision gets worse when I have a panic attack..I had my eyes tested last week to make sure it wasnt anythign else and my vision is fine so it must just be these panic attacks. The more I think about it the worse it gets and my eyes get very glazed and I feel as though they are 'swellign' some how..hard to explain. Dont know about the thyroid thign though, sorry.

vision problems are common from panic attacks, blurred or fading or tunnel vision can happen

I use to have good vision but not no more, I have to focus on words to try to figure out what they say and numbers also cause my vision is blurry.

thats how im sure its anxiety because if i dont dwell on it..i fell like my visons normal..but its hard to not dwell on it
