just to ease my mind
i went back to work after almost a week off..some it panic related some of it not..and my job is physical..i work hard..so i went back to work last night and it was fine..but tonight i went and it was a bit harder than usual...and i start getting this pain in my upper left chest..kind of a pinching...constant pain...and of course i started obsessing....which almost threw me into a full blown panic attack...but i had taken a xanax earlier in the day and had so i avoided a potentially embarrassing situation....does anyone else have this kind of pain?

you should see doc about the pain as there could be many causes, if its from stress or anxiety then xanax will help a while by relaxing the muscles

all valium type meds are also muscle relaxants

carry a few xanax tablets with you so you can disolve 1 under the tongue for fast relied from a panic attack, as well as taking them as insurance earlier

remember when working hard to stay as relaxed as you can with no excess muscle tension and to breathe deep and slow
