Hey everyone...
Hope everyone is doing better than I have been. The last week has been terrible. I've been crying all the time, {REMOVED} and major panic attacks.
I am scared to death to go outside and leave my house. I hate to do it, but I have no choice so I just live scared. I don't know why exactly I'm afraid I"m just scared something is going to happen to me or something I guess.
Only to make matters worse, I"m in a class with a guy who assualted me. He's left me alone for the last 6 months or so but I"m terrified. Just thinking about going to that class sends me into terror and panic. I'm scared to death to go back to that class and its making it very difficult to pay attention or anything.

NOBODY should have to live scared!!

Are you on medicine and how old are you? What assault did he do? Was it emotional or physical?

Hey.
I just started Celexa six weeks ago and its not working so great. I'm 17 in grade 12. The assualt was physical/sexual. Unfortunately I'm too scared and ashamed to tell anyone.

Hey little one I know how you feel! Sort of...I had a panic attack in class a week ago and couldn't go back for a few days. But I went, and I'm okay now. Try to remember that things get better. Problems never get better by running from them, hun. You have to face them.

And as for this guy... I don't know the whole situation but you should really seek counselling and tell someone ASAP!
