I am sorry you are going through so much trouble. I know how it feels to worry about family. I tend to do the a lot lately. My daughter is growing up and I worry about her choices. I worry that she will make the wrong choices in life and that it may effect her for the rest of her life. I don't want that to happen, but all I can do is pray and hope for the best.
I'm not sure if you are on medication or not, but when I am stressed and little too much, I take a tiny peice of klonopin to calm me down. It helps a lot to get that anxious and edgy feeling to calm down.
You didn't say too much in your post about what you are worrying about? Do you currently take any medication?
P.S.- Breathing exercises also help to calm the body down. Take a long deep breath through your nose and then blow it out through your mouth, but do it slow. It helps to calm your whole body down. Do this a few times. I do this for my panic attacks and it does help some.
