We're in Vegas and though i haven't had a panic attack in months (I'm on lexapro but have gone down to 5 mg/day instead of 10) I'm having small ones when i think about going out. It happened last night right before we went out. Tuesday was fine but this week has been very stressful. Not supposed to be anxious in VEGAS! So we have one night left and I really want t o go out but I'm feeling a little anxious about it and don't want to ruin the night. Should I try to relax and go anyway or just go with my feelings and stay in this last night? I don't want to take a xanax because it makes me a little sleepy and that won't do either.
