nothing seems to work.. why??

I suffer from severe panic attacks especially at night for some strange reason. I'm currently taking 40mg's of Valium at once, and it doesn't even make me drowsy at all, it doesn't relax me at all. I've tried several other medications as well with no help. I've tried Serax 75 mg's, Ativan 10mg's. You'd think the Valium would help me sleep too, but it doesn't. Is it possible I need a higher dose of Valium??. I'm so frustrated!! does anyone know why it has no effect??

What worked for me was klonopin. It is worth a try!

Are you practicing meditiation or anything else.

Drugs only help- not get rid of panic entirely.
