Question New problem! please help

I have had panic attacks for 17 years and over the past year have had several strange episodes that are different from my regular attacks. It always happens in the bath or right after. I get a weird feeling like something is wrong, a hot sensation all over my body and then while all this a sense of deja vu where I am trying to recall a memory or something and I cant place it. I also feel faint and a sense of pressure. Well last night I found out about hot water seizures and got all worried and scared. Please has anyone ever had this? This is new to me also I got real sleepy afterward but only after the one that happened last night. I am really worried. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou.

Re: New problem! please help

hey, i know what <YOU>are talking about,, i had full blown panic attacks since i was 11 i am 21 now and i still do. the bath thing is true.. i havent took a bath in a long time, but i sure did get a panic attack from it when i did.. usualy when i would come out of my relaxing stage and get ready to get out.. and if <YOU> have high blood pressure well not even but high blood pressure would make it worse but laying in a hot bath like that than getting up will sureee bring on normal faint and woozy symptoms that will most definatly lead to a panic attack.., and <YOU> also said there always different episodes thats because <YOU> will think there always different depening on what <YOU'RE> worrying about most. i never had a same panic attack,, but try cooling off a little if <YOU'RE> body temp gets to high especially if <YOU'RE> about to get out.. and try getting out a little slower after laying down for so long, sit up a few seconds before <YOU>stand up. hope this helps,, take care, feel free to ask questions
