Thanks for the suggestion- i will look into the Evening Primrose.
I found that when i drink a lot of rosehip, blackberry, raspberry, chamomile teas i feel so much better before, during and after. Celestial Seasonings makes a great fruity tea with all those ingredients.
my anxiety, edgyness and such starts about a day or two before my period starts, and goes for about three or four days in and then mellows out.
