glenda l feel for you sorry about your other illnesses stress can irate ibs, indegestion type disorders.. sorry l cant help you with the tumour anxiety, basically anxiety is a wot l call an overdose of adrenalin in the blood stream sending signals to various parts of the body, the rush makes you shake, get palpatations, stomach wanting to empty, or wee, sweat etc the more you think about havin an attack the more likely you are to bring 1 on. l suppose the trick is to trick your brain into thinking of something pleasant, put the anxiety away occupy yourself. l know its horrible but with some good relaxation, breathing exercises etc you can prevent a full blown attack when you feel its about to happen. l know how you feel ive been there. l havnt had an attack forover a year and a half, ive been close but lve learnt to manage it. speak to your doctor about the tumour and ask if you are having the attacks through your meds or the tumour or the worry of the tumour. feel free to talk to me and if l can help you l will. please get some books or attend anxiety managment classes if your doctor can arrange it, it really helps been educated it makes it less scary and easier to manage take care thinking of you
