I've been doing pretty good today. You know how it goes - one minute you're fine...the next you've lost your 'mind!' Just the same old same old! LOL

yes bev, i hear ya about the minute to minute thing... yikes!

my back is still killing me, god help me... just what i need: pain& a visit to the chioro w/o atarax. i am noyt takin that anymore, was gettin headaches& heart palps from it. gonna hopwefully be on buspar by early next week.
