I have a doctor's appt this afternoon and am soooo anxious already!!I cant keep putting this off..Please give me some tips to successfully make it to and from...

Take control over your reactions. Breathe deep. Write down any questions you may have for the doc and take the list with you so you don't forget anything. Most important, know that you will be o.k.

Hi Littlesheep and Lori..I couldnt make it yesterday as something else came up so rescheduled for this afternoon.I had a small panic reaction,but pulled to the side of road and calmed myself..I had no further distress..

I will be having surgery in a few months(unsure when)but I am telling myself Im a big girl(30)and I need to get these things taken care of..
