Hi everyone,
I would like to find out how common this problem is with anxiety and if you get this with your anxiety.
I wake every morning scared and feeling vulnerable.My body feels like it has been electified ,every mucle,tendon,sinew ,even the very cells all over my body feel as though an electric current has zapped me.
My mind seems to be outside of my head,I am off balance and I cant think let alone talk to anyone and i feel so scared by this I wonder if my mind will ever come back.I feel terrorized by every symptom and feel electrified all day long.
I do not take any meds and i was wondering if you could tell me how you deal with these symptoms? It helps so much to hear others feel the same things with their anxiety and i feel it would benefit us all if we can bring it all together.
Do you pace ,do you walk when you feel this?i find that walking and pacing helps me but I would like your thoughts on how you deal with these symptoms?

Hi angel, l know how you feel been there, you must occupy youself learn some good relaxation techniques and do them religiously. I felt like that a while ago l didnt even answer the phone every morning there was a cloud of doom over me had my head in bits never thought id feel 'normal?' again have ypu been to your doctor yet? l think it would be wise too maybe you need the med help you sound as if your where l was, l needed the meds tried for so long without it was something l had to have and thankfully im over the worst. You can do some searches and find really good advice for relaxation techniques etc but l still think a call to your doc is needed you will get lots of replies im sure off people who have been there/are there i hope you get sorted soon take care
ps yes i sure did pace lol then id sit on back door step in all kinds of weather all curled up and breathe slowly the fresh air try to occupy your thoughts panic/ outta control anxiety is a fear that we fear and breed its a vicious circle good luck.

hi angel444,
The best thing that you can do is learn and practice yoga and get some breathing routines down. You should go see a doctor though and see if you need medication, the longer you go through this without knowing exactly what it is your fighting , the longer you are going to suffer. Knowing what your illness is and how best to combat it is what makes it easier.
