Hi angel, l know how you feel been there, you must occupy youself learn some good relaxation techniques and do them religiously. I felt like that a while ago l didnt even answer the phone

every morning there was a cloud of doom over me had my head in bits never thought id feel 'normal?' again have ypu been to your doctor yet? l think it would be wise too maybe you need the med help you sound as if your where l was, l needed the meds tried for so long without it was something l had to have and thankfully im over the worst. You can do some searches and find really good advice for relaxation techniques etc but l still think a call to your doc is needed you will get lots of replies im sure off people who have been there/are there i hope you get sorted soon take care

ps yes i sure did pace lol then id sit on back door step in all kinds of weather all curled up and breathe slowly the fresh air try to occupy your thoughts panic/ outta control anxiety is a fear that we fear and breed its a vicious circle good luck.
