Where abouts on the left side is your chest pain? I dont think you have anything to worry about at your age especially if the tests are clear. I thought the same as you when I had my first anxiety/panic attack. I went to the Er and had all the heart tests done as well all normal. But I still get the chest pain from my anxiety in the left side but now I know its not my heart they dont worry me. I take ativan as well but only when I feel an attack coming but some docs prescribe it for matienence as in 1mg a day or something. I swear by it when I feel an attack coming I take one and it eases up right away and disappears.
