I know what your going through.Dont forget that millions of other ppl feel the way that you do so no,your not going crazy.Whenever I feel like Im going insane,I just remember that this is like a sickness,some ppl get a cold or a disease,and i got panic and anxiety,its ok,dont make yourself worry even more by thinking that somethings wrong,thats what always made it worse for me.When I feel an attack coming on I just sit on my computer and chat with ppl and if they have a problem,I try and make them feel better because once you take the emphasis of making yourself better off of you and onto someone else,things change.I dont think we can get better without making someone else better first.I have found my cure in helping others.I also do deep breathing for about 20 minutes and that takes my mind off of it.I know what you mean when you say you cant relax anymore,I was exactly the same.One thing that made me feel less wired was to tap my fingers or play with something in my hands that kept me busy,or do a crossword puzzle or do my nails,anything that kept my mind off my mind(lol) Anxiety can be caused by stress,thats what I get it from and dealing with the stress will also help you deal with the anxiety.Go talk to a counsellor and get all your bottled feelings out,this can help,insted of the meds,i dont believe in the meds,the healing has to come from within and only from within.Look at your life and see what may have caused this,has there been a stressful event in your life that you havent fully dealt with?
Anyways,try some of the things Ive said and most importantly,go see a counsellor,it will help you out and tell your husband whats wrong whenever you feel anxious,it helps to let the ppl around you know what your feeling,it makes you feel less alone.
