Post how do i live?




I cant believe that soooo many peaple suffer from this horrid condition and there is no answer. There has to be a way of getting over this.This morning i woke up scared to face the day(I DO MOST DAYS) i felt out of it spacey and scared i walk around all day wondering what this is all about my mind cannot relax and i feel like i might go crazy any minute
you would think after all these years of feeling this way fear would no longer bluff you but it does evweryday is the same as yesterday, scared ,out of it and so afraid of losing your mind.
My hubby says to me how can you be scared of losing your mind you just did year 10 through correspondence last year now this year year 11 and 12 your mind must be ok.
this is supposed to help me feel better lol
no i dont think so.
im 48 and doing school work how mad am i lol Well if i dont concentrate on something my mind gets scared i cant just sit and relax i used to love television that was my escape now i cant watch it
how long do we have to suffer like this?There has to be something that the doctors can do besides hand out tablets
they say our brain is like the universe so mysterious but they are working on working how the universe got here instead of how you and i ended up with this horrid fear.I need to talk to peaple who suffer from this and try to let go of some of my hidden fears like fear of death,illness and life
please someone talk to me

Hi angel,
I know what your going through.Dont forget that millions of other ppl feel the way that you do so no,your not going crazy.Whenever I feel like Im going insane,I just remember that this is like a sickness,some ppl get a cold or a disease,and i got panic and anxiety,its ok,dont make yourself worry even more by thinking that somethings wrong,thats what always made it worse for me.When I feel an attack coming on I just sit on my computer and chat with ppl and if they have a problem,I try and make them feel better because once you take the emphasis of making yourself better off of you and onto someone else,things change.I dont think we can get better without making someone else better first.I have found my cure in helping others.I also do deep breathing for about 20 minutes and that takes my mind off of it.I know what you mean when you say you cant relax anymore,I was exactly the same.One thing that made me feel less wired was to tap my fingers or play with something in my hands that kept me busy,or do a crossword puzzle or do my nails,anything that kept my mind off my mind(lol) Anxiety can be caused by stress,thats what I get it from and dealing with the stress will also help you deal with the anxiety.Go talk to a counsellor and get all your bottled feelings out,this can help,insted of the meds,i dont believe in the meds,the healing has to come from within and only from within.Look at your life and see what may have caused this,has there been a stressful event in your life that you havent fully dealt with?

Anyways,try some of the things Ive said and most importantly,go see a counsellor,it will help you out and tell your husband whats wrong whenever you feel anxious,it helps to let the ppl around you know what your feeling,it makes you feel less alone.

yes you are right helping other peaple seems to make it all easier somehow.i wish i owned a magic wand than nobody woukd be suffering from this hidious fear bless you angel
