Loudness? - Panic Disorders Message Board

When your with a crowd of people, sometimes.. Does everything seem to get really loud, and mumbled together, and you can feel your self getting really nervous/scared? I hate this.. And I was wondering if anyone else gets like it?

with social phobia YES.... just take it easy... start slowely..

Yes sir sure does. I hate it also. Or like when there is a bunch of people talkin in one room and you cant seem to hone in on the one you are talkin to or understand what he is sayin from all the other mumbo jumbo I hate that myself ahahhah good luck.....

Loud music (well, loud to me and apparently not others) bothers me. Everyone else in the room is fine, I want to cover my ears. I'm so sensitive to so many sensations!
