headaches - Panic Disorders Message Board

I have had headaches for my whole life I think, at a very early age I can remember having headaches, I have had MRI's and CT scans, all are normal (except for a flattend peturtary (sp) gland)...most recently I have been getting bery quick stabbing pains in my right temple and through my eyeball, they don't last very long, (usually tingles on that side of my face as well) and then it sends me into a panic attack...does this sound familiar?
Is it just panic...seems like once I get one thing under control another ones steps in...I am know on my 30 day event heart monitor...since Friday...and every time I hit the recorder and send the message over, everything is normal...My elecocardigram was normal and the panic attacks are just the cause of all my problems...would love to hear from anyone with these problems...

Ihave had headaches for the last 13 years. Lately they have been really bad. Last night it was so bad I had pain all down my left side. I have also had CT scans that came up normal. I went to a chiropracter to see if they had any advice on it and I was told it was do to bad posture. That if you slouch a lot it is the same effect as carrying a 10 lb bowling ball on top of your head while looking at the ceiling. I don't know if this will help you any. Lisa
