Stacy,
Does your heart rate go up that high? Mine was about 150 when they told me to go to the ER...
I was just doing nothing, just getting ready to go into town and do some shopping and BOOM...went crazy...and then the people at the monitoring center got me really upset...I think that is why it went so high...
I am just going to continue to be calm today and I have left a message for my doctor..like I said I had really been doing good for the last week or so and I just hate that it get's me like that...

mine goes pretty high for no reason......
i dont test mine cause i am so scared its higher than high.... but yeah i was sleeping and i woke up with my heart just pounding .i wasnt having an attack though so that is what scared me...
but my heart is fine i had it checked last year..
do u take meds???? maybe for anxiety ...
i have just started paxil ...
