stabbing/shooting pains - Panic Disorders Message Board

I know this is probably not the right board for it but I didn't know what to put it in. But anywho...I get stabbing pains frequently in my head and chest, they only last for a few seconds and don't hurt they're just uncomfortable, I forgot to ask my doctor if it was normal the other day, but do any of you know if it's normal??

When you have these pains, are you having an attack?. Sometimes stress can cause pain. How long have the pains been going on?.

No I wasn't having attacks. They just happen frequently. Although I've noticed they've gone down a lot since I've been taking Paxil.

Hey , Do you have any known history of panic/anxiety? and what other symptoms do you get? cause iv'e had panic disorder for years now and even when im not having a panic attack i still get uncomfortable pains in my chest and back.
