Sounds just like me, my Guidance Counsler guy, said I had an Obsessive Compulsive disorder, because I couldn't take my hand off my chest.. I got over thta pretty much.. but I still lay my hand on my chest to see if my heart is beating.. Which is a bad thing.. cause you can never feel your heart right, and I always think I'm dying.. I never learn.. as for everything else you said, I find my self the excact same way.. almost all the time.. I find it least bothersome when I'm doing something.. So just try and keep busy.. thats what I do.
