zoloft and sleep - Panic Disorders Message Board

Is anyone experiencing lack of sleep with Zoloft? I know that sleeplessness is a side effect of it but i have been on 50 mg for about 7 weeks and I have to take Klonopin to help me sleep just a few hours.I really have not been taking Klonopin during the day since I think the Zoloft is helping me wityh my anxiety.However, does anyone recommend for me to ask my doctor about taking Ambien to get more sleep at night instead of the Klonopin?

ambien will help for a while buit you may need to swap the zoloft to another similar med that hopefully wont stop you sleeping, there are many

I had horrible insomnia with Zoloft. I was up for 4 days straight and finally crashed on the 5th day from pure exhaustion. I finally had to stop it because my Dh was deployed and I had 3 kiddos to take care of.
