sorry for the lame subject title,i couldnt think of anything better,lol..
anyway,i have been a panic sufferer for about 5 years and i use to drink coffee.of course i had to stop but i miss it.i cant even drink decaf.i tried hot chocolate also,but no good.i dont know much about hot tea,but someone told me to try it out.keep in mind i really cant have ANY caffeine or it will trigger an attack.are there any good choices out there or do any of you have any suggestions?
btw,this is totally off subject,but do any of you get attacks in the shower?(especially when you start to wash your hair)just seems like when i commit to the shampoo,i know im stuck there till i wash it out and it makes me VERY uncomfortable.just wondering so i dont feel so stupid...
