what is good for brain fog? - Panic Disorders Message Board

hey all, i have severe brain fog and mental confusion... its all anxiety and depression, suffered for 3 yrs now, no meds have worked except for zoloft BUT raised my hrt rate... i am so desperate, nothing seems real, i am disorientated, got no care in the world, cant handle life, cant concentrate, dont understand things, my words are sometimes muddled, and my head hurts, someone plse advice me, doctor (s)aint do nothing.

What other meds did you try? Did you try counseling or therapy? It helps a lot for depression and anxiety. I don't know about the disorientation. Though depression can certainly cause it, there may be other factors involved.
