I've been getting them lately, but i've known to realize, i'm on this world for sure. Every time I got panic attacks I get the disconnected from my body feeling, and since then i've been determined to get these away, i've been working out, eating healthier(made them go away almost 70%), and TRYING to get them to come. Like, I would go into a place that would usually give me them and totally get through them that way, now they rarely come. Exersize helped me out tons.
