Thank God I stumbled on this website because I have had a lot of unanswered questions. For the past 4 years I have been having these unexplained attacks. They have been getting more and more severe. Now each time I have an “attack” it ends with me vomiting and having diarrhea. The attacks are getting longer and the symptoms more intense. My last attack was in the beginning of July and it was awful. My skin flushed red, my eyes were bloodshot, I kept feeling like I was going to pass out and die, I had cold sweats, major cramping in the abdomen, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, tingling fingers, yadayada… I have noticed that these attacks only occur around PMS or sometimes during my period. Is it possible these could be panic attacks caused by PMS? From what I have been reading it seems that the my attacks fit the profile of a panic attack but I am not sure why they only occur around PMS. I have been in the ER 5 times and have seen countless doctors and specialist but no answers. Let me tell you if I have finally figured out what is causing these mysterious attacks I will be sooooo relieved! Help!
