Well from what I have heard...about every symptom known to man is a telltale sign of a "yeast infection"
I've read the Yeast Connection book and could not believe all the symptoms listed there. I have severe IBS and was convinced my body was overrun by yeast. Went on a no-sugar diet and all with no help. Went to a naturapath who finally did a stool diagnostic but it showed no yeast in my digestive tract. Didn't even have a vaginal infection. There went that theory.
Jamamine, take care, and get the yeast checked out. Go to a naturopath, (cause a normal Dr. probably won't believe you) if you feel convinced you have yeast, but remember that the A real yeast problem usually comes via vaginal yeast infections and thrush, if you have a lot of those, then just perhaps yeast is your problems, but from my research it usually stems from within your gut and won't effect emotions as much as some claim.
I'd try a yeast and sugar-free diet and if it helps and you feel better, go for it. If it doesn't help I can bet a lot of what you are feeling is stress. My stress almost always comes out in physical ways. It amazing the connection that is there, especially for us more "body connected" type. I think sometimes I am TOO aware of the signals my body sends me, thus I think I have all these diseases and such.
Take care and get it checked out if you must.
I think the whole Candida Albicans scare is a bit overblown and with all the symptoms listed, it could certainly mask another problem other then yeast. |
