visual tracers, is this normal post anxiety - Panic Disorders Message Board

i had an attack a while back and now just have overall anxiety from the first attack. i was just wondering if anybody else has experiencd mild tracers for a month or two after an attack. the stress caused the first attack is still an everyday thing i am in medical school so there is no getting away from the stress but jsut wasn't sure if it was overall a common side effect.

havent heard of traces, severe anxiety can cause blurred vidion and vision to fade out, you may now have post traumatic stress disorder from the panic attack

i understand the tracers ex:like im driving my car at night and yellow signs when i pass them leave a blue shadow streaking behind it, and like moving my hand i can see this grainy shiny things behind it, and when i blink i can still see images almost clearly as they were when i had them open. i take zoloft and xanax, some places i read said zoloft or ssri's can cause that i was on 150 mg of zoloft and just a few days ago i went up to 200 mg a day and now i see them worse other then that i know how ya feel. "what the hell is that, whats going on im seeing s***,im going crazy."
