Soar, I'd say, don't worry about it. I too have read abuot it quite a lot, but when it comes down to it, it's not something you need to concern yourself with. It's your own anxiety making you think so much about it.
I mean, here I am, at 4:45 in the morning, not being able to sleep because my heart is beating too fast. I keep thinking I'm going to die because my heart beats faster in the morning, so i psyche myself up for it every night and then i wake up early out of fear. Pathetic, isn't it?
