I get this effect when I'm trying to come off my SSRI's. I take Zoloft (75mg/day) and when I decide to try to come off it gradually, I get the feeling that my eyes are always trying to catch up with the way my head is turning. It's annoying but usually goes away in about 4 days. Never have had this happen while I'm on the drug though unless I skip a couple of days. Are you taking your meds the same time every day?
