Energy Drinks? Music??
First, I know how caffeine can really just mess you up. Everytime I have caffeine, I have a huge panic attack. How about energy drinks?? There are some with herbs, then there are those like redbull. Anyone have a bad experience with any of them, or anything like that?
Second, does music affect anyone? I listen to punk rock, and some like depressing type music. I noticed that if I am sad or something, and I listen to depressing music I get all anxious and panicky. If I listen to any punk rock at all, any mood, I get all anxious. I'll start trembling, and here comes the panic. Anyone relate, or understand what I'm saying here? Or am I just crazy? Thanks ahead of time.
