Thanks, Cat. I've been super-busy at work. I had to meditate last Saturday for something like an hour and a half just to get myself right. And now everything is fine.
Funny about meditation, it allows you to sleep a little less than you're used to, but feel refreshed. I went to bed pretty late last night, but I did a quick meditation for about 10 minutes before I went to sleep and -- boom! -- went to sleep like that and had a restfull sleep, even though I had a lot on my mind.
George W. Bush just put me in charge of the new world order and of rebuilding the entire middle-east... I had a problem last night figuring out where I was going to put the wet-bar and the jacuzzi.
... that'd give anyone a panic attack.
