anxiety/panic and your eating habits
hey all, i have been suffering from panic attacks really bad the past year. just a brief background. im a young male that used to be athletic. then one day last year in july, i pulled a muscle i think... some kind of pressure was just feeling really uncomfortable below my left rib cage. well i got it checked out and all was good, but i let it get to me and lost my appetite. then one day in january of this year i was working out and had a very bad attack. my heart started racing very fast after i finished and i couldnt catch my breath, i thought i was having a heart attack. ever since then i do not want to do any strenuous activity whatsoever or my heart starts racing. i mean i reach my max heart race a lot quicker than i used to and it really scares me.
now recently it just hit me that vitamin deficiency could be a big problem. i think i depleted some minerals in that weight room since i had lost my appetite before hand. recently i have been eating a lot more and i feel somewhat better and my heart rate feels better and not as many palpitations. do any of you have anxiety related to your diet? i really want to check the levels of all the important minerals in my body. which minerals would those be though?
