Is it really possible to experience anxiety all day?...hope so because that is what I go through! I can not seem to get the physical symptoms to completely go away...Sighs

I also get anxiety that stay with me for days. Are you on meds? I take xanax for the anxiety and Lexapro for the panic attacks.

I also get days like that. Then I worry about why I feel so anxious and that makes it even worse.

Hi Jmarra! I take Lithium(mood stabilizer), celexa, zoloft, and klonopin. I see the doc tomorrow to see if any tweaking or changing of my meds needs to be done. Hope so because I do not feel the celexa is working and I do not think the klonopin is as effective as it used to be....

I know how you feel. I, too, experience anxiety all day everyday. My meds help when I have full blown attacks, but don't seem to help my everyday symptoms. I convinced my Dr. to refer me to a cardiologist this week because I just can't seem to convince myself it's all anxiety (even though my dr. says it is). Maybe I'll feel a little better once they have completly ruled out any heart problems.(Heart disease is my "fear of the week")
