when im having a panic attack i usually go to bed to try and relax but as soon as i feel myself dropping off to sleep, i wake with a jolt because im scared of not waking up as well. so your not alone in feeling this way. and as for not relaxing, i sent a post in a few weeks ago saying about how i cant relax and i have to keep shaking my foot or playing with my hands or doing something!
